I used to have the old Tupperware version of a hamburger press, but got rid of it after I had to pry the patties out of the plastic well. This press does away with that hassle. Simply place your meat on the forming tray, close the lid and press.

Make a thin patty on one side and a thick one (up to 1.5) on the other. Or, make them the same size. It’s up to you and your preferences. With Memorial Day and the Fourth of July coming, I can’t think of a better time saving tool for making and grilling hamburgers for a crowd.
