This is the result our effort at making the recipe below. I couldn’t find any phyllo dough at my grocery store and had to settle for regular pie dough. Matthew took great delight in the decorating.

We won’t get to try it until tonight, but I’ll let you know how it turned out. Incidentally, this is my first try at making a cheesecake.
