It’s amazing the things I find when searching for a topic to write about. Tonight, I wanted to find a recipe for a sweet/spicy corn salsa that is similar to salsa that I buy at my local Trader Joe’s. I’m still looking. But in the meantime, I found Clay’s Kitchen: Salsa Recipes, which contains 477 different varieties of salsa.

I had no idea that there were that many! The list contains a wide variety of them, two of which are corn salsas. But alas, the ingredients listed in those recipes and the ingredients in the jar don’t match. So, I will keep searching.
