There are many things that attract me to Southwest decor. I love the richness of the colors, the geometric designs, and the uniqueness of each piece. Whenever I’ve performed a search for southwest decor or southwest kitchen decor, I’m bombarded with the typical cactus, chile, kokopelli designs.

The same thing happened tonight, when I was looking for tablecloths and table runners. I didn’t find anything that grabbed me with those searches, but I found some very pretty area rugs that would look great under my dining table or hung as a tapestry against the wall behind the table. I’d be more apt to hang this one on the wall and let it compliment my kitchen and living room.
